Default prefix < Windows dll < PhysX; kept getting error messages, but ignored them and waited for the download windows with no issues launching the game after.

Without tinkering the game does not find the PhysX driver. No gamepad support - but Steam controller configuration (mapping M+KB to controller buttons/sticks) works fine (as always).
