Tinker Steps:Changed configuration

The origingal WMV Video codec does not work. I converted all videos to MP4 (H.264 / AAC) using Handbreak on my Windows PC. Renamed the files back to their original names. Works smoothly, with perfect video + audio!

I got the game running flawlessly with Proton-6.21-GE-2. Didn't even require to tinker with protontricks in order to have working movies, audio or graphics. It just works out of the box.

After running install quartz with protontricks and manually installing the LAVFilters codec pack game runs just fine. Original issue related to codecs in Ubuntu, wine, or both.

It starts up to a blank screen. I waited around for a while and tried hitting a bunch of buttons to make sure it wasn't just a video not playing, before eventually killing the process.

"installs" directX, then launches. Briefly shows Game Cursor, then gets stuck on black screen. Alt-Tabbing revealed an error window: "prMovie: Open - Unable to connect pins". Clicking ok on this error closes the game.
