Game ran perfectly with no tweaks. Used an Xbox 360 controller and the accept/action was mapped to X, and back/menu was mapped to L3. Not sure if that's an error or intentional, but it's workable and doesn't inhibit the gameplay.

Starts and runs out of the bat. It is a very small, short, technically (hardware) non-demanding game. Runs in windowed & fullscreen mode. Takes the monitor frequency, so in my case, it ran in fixed 60FPS.
(Some people have reported crashes after a patch update on MS Windows on startup, even BSOD's. Linux/Wine/Proton aka SteamOS/Play is a fine alternative!)
