"An error occurred while updating Vegas Pro 13 Edit - Steam Powered (missing executable)"

It then shows a path to the exe I verified does, in fact, exist, but it's in the wrong folder. It installs under common, but then looks for it's executable inside an additional folder. Moving the exe did not solve the issue
