The game would start with a black screen, but I managed to fix it by pressing F1 while in game and enabling "Launch in Full Screen" and then restarting the game. It works perfectly now.

If I switch workspaces while fullscreen or click outside of the game while fullscreen the game may crash(9/10 times, but there was that one time it didn't crash). I'm on i3 though and haven't tested on a normal stacking wm. Computer info pulled from inxi -b
