Tinker Steps:Switch to experimental
The current full Early Access version of the game (patch 2.1196.0) needs Proton Experimental to load properly (unlike the demo). I have completed 3 out of 5 ending without issues. Note that the game has a TTS (Text to Speech) feature that does not work with Proton. However most would probably not play with it enabled anyway.
