When many audio effects are happening, most stop playing. Repetitive noise reduction was turned off.
If you came from windows you will need to copy your save files.

Works without noticable error
Seems to be equal or greater performance compard to windows 10

The framerate is pretty bad, but I hear this is the case on Windows, too.
The native version is playable, but it's better through Proton. Without any launch options, it performs better through Proton, but the performance is pretty much the same with those launch options. (I don't know how many of those are doing anything helpful, but at least some of them are.)
The mouse sensitivity differs a lot between native, normal Proton, and GE.
Scrolling in menus with the scroll wheel is broken in the native version. The direction is inverted and the sensitivity is extremely low. It works fine in Proton.
The save game does not appear to transfer if you switch between native and Proton.
Except for the occasional crashes, it is a great experience on Linux.
Crashes after playing for a while, doesn't seem to be a memory problem as my RAM never fills up past 70%. Just make sure to save frequently and you will be fine.
Make sure to save frequently (in case the game crashes) and you will be fine.
Making this report after a while. Can't recall any issues. I didnt do any tinkering myself but my distro may have.
try to improve layout
I recommend keyboard and mouse
Works fine but crashes after a while in designer mode.
Desktop background rendering breaks in Gnome 42.3 on X11 when windowed. Fullscreen works perfectly.
Crashes in designer after a while.
