Battery Performance:Made Changes To Improve
Turned off VHS mode in display settings in game. Also turned off motion blur. Plays right out of the box 50-55 fps beautifully.
Make sure to turn off "VHS Display" in game settings display. Also turned off Motion blur just because I don't like motion blur. Awesome game to play on Steam Deck!

30-45 FPS 720p Epic Settings. Lowering graphics doesnt change framerate that much.
Problem with the actual game and not the linux or steam deck or anything else. Change resolution to something over than native and then switch back to native to enable VHS effect.
