It ran without needing any adjustments.
Works well with no tinkering required

It works good enough for an enjoyable experience.
The game said it's running in full screen, but the monitor kept turning off after the period for locking i set in the KDE settings. I had to manually block sleep and locking in order to play uninterrupted. Not a big deal, but this is the only game so far that did not block monitor sleep.
Some micro stutter during some stage transitions, but other than that, works smooth!
Сюжетку и некоторые битвы прошел, никаких багов не встретил.

game can't keep 60fps during screen transition during matches. game runs great though

It works fine now right after I downloaded it I only saw a bit of slowness when you put characters through buildings.
UT it works just fine on my steam deck.
Healthbars do not appear unless you disable anti aliasing and transparency anti aliasing in the game's video settings.

gamemoderun MANGOHUD=1 %command%
Game will not load certain textures and graphics but it is playable. I am not sure if mapping is correct for Dualsense controller.

Some UI elements are missing. It looks like you need to turn off TRANSPARENCY ANTI ALIASING so that all UI elements are displayed properly.
There are some very noticeable bugs like no audio playing and some UI elements missing in the screen unless you turn off TRANSPARENCY ANTI ALIASING.

online mode crash the game, freeze screen when i play ranked match
online mode crash the game, freeze screen when i play ranked match
playied on kubuntu 22.04 and the offline mode is working. the online mode is broken, when i play ranked match the game freeze.
Worked fine but throwing the Roaming Sentry Bot on the Hall of Justice stage would always cause desyncs. Unsure if this is because of proton or not.
Works perfect out of the box with one setting needing to be changed
Happens very rarely so it doesn't really affect the game
Window boxing causes weird UI glitches such as the health bar being gone, disabling this in the games options menu fixes it.
Out of the box

Runs great
Main menu background is empty
Occasionally stutters
The higher the version, the lower the power consumption.
With version 4.11-13 the text is clearly visible, but performance is poor. With versions above, the text is difficult to read, but possible.
The health scale is not displayed. There are barely noticeable vertical bars. The menu does not show the icons of the characters and maps. In proton versions above 4, textures disappear and artifacts appear, but performance increases greatly.
Single Player modes worked perfectly for me on the Deck (I did not try multiplayer). Story, Battle Mode, Star Labs worked perfectly
There is a lauch window, but it can be skipped using the Steam Deck's controls
There were some missing textures at first. To fix it I had to deactivate "Transparency Antialiasing" in the Video Settings. After that, everything looked fine
There is no audio
Tried a buch of versions of proton and protonGE, but the audio problem persisted

Off the option TRANSPARENCY ANTI ALIASING in the graphic game settings to avoid that the characters and arena images dissapear on the selection screen
Problem with the performance in the transitions during the fights. This is not related with pronton because also happens on diferent videogame platforms.
Played with Proton 5.13-6.
With Proton 6.3-8 game doesn't detect keyboard.
keyboard didnt have any input with proton 6.3-7 with glorious eggroll proton 6.21ge2 worked perfect

Stuttering during heavy attacks using D9VK helps a good bit
Proton-6.20-GE-1
In combination with D9VK using gamemoderun helps eliminate majority of the performance problems

Works out of the box with 6.3.7
Video playback in cutscenes stutter
Cutscenes stutter a bit but gameplay and input is smooth
Now works great out of the box
Might experience a tiny bit of stuttering, but otherwise fully playable
Tiling WM was having issues recognizing the keyboard on the game

Great experience with custom proton version. Minor momentary missing textures is the only bug.
Proton-5.8-GE-2-MF GloriousEggroll
Proton-5.8-GE-2-MF, available here: https://github.com/GloriousEggroll/proton-ge-custom/releases
There seems to be an occasional missing texture, however when this occurs it isn't for long, and if you're concentrating on the action you won't notice it.
Played with a Mad Catz Arcade Fightstick Tournament Edition (PS3 version). Works flawlessly with that controller. You just have to get used to the mapping of the Xbox controller buttons that the game uses.
Alpha transparency bugs on Proton builds higher than 5.0 during character progression screens in Single Player Battles.
Some slowdown during the Scarecrow transistion scene
The game is almost playeable out of the box but using PROTON_USE_WINE3D=1 fixes almost everything
Artifacting on text and missing images Using PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 fixes these problems
A few stutters here and there

Crashes on Splash Screen
Runtime Error: R6025
- pure virtual function call
So far have only been playing in "story mode" but it has been working pretty much flawlessly so far.
Game crashes when attempting to connect to online PvP

PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 PROTON_USE_D9VK=1 %command%
Used PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command% to start. Played few single player battles without any issue

Some occasional minor lag when transitioning from a cut scene to a fight. Other than that it's perfect.
Enabling Transparency Anti-Alias will corrupt the player HUD as mentioned by others.
Characters had artifacts over them like a hologram effect put over them
