Works out of the box on steam deck. Still broken on desktop linux but well this is better than nothing.

Audio missing for menu, but that's it.
There aren't any sound effects for the menu.
Music doesn't play which is the only thing I wanted. Had to use GE to even agree to the terms of service.
Can't accept terms of use, program thinks it's offline.
For some reason, it asks you to agree to the terms of use, but when attempting to do so, it asks you to connect to the internet first, despite being connected to the internet. This outright stops you from being able to launch any of the content.
Main menu of the launcher works with audio.
It seems that anything related to video playback in this bonus content is borked. You can download digital novels, but once you launch them you're met with silence and black instead of logos. After that you have digital novel main menu, but once you start the novel the game just freezes at black screen.
Soundtrack starts, but you can't hear any music.
The ROMs for MG1 and Snake's Revenge work, with audio.
Soundtrack player and motion comics don't play but the NES games work fine out of the box.

Default Control Scheme is borked. Switching it to the community layout allowed me to control the game.
Going to the Steam Menu while in game switches the framerate to 30FPS and causes sound issues, but this doesn't affect the actual gameplay as it's fixed once you go back.
