GE-Proton9-13 is required for the cinematic videos to play. The vidoes play at about 5fps but does not distract from gameplay.

SteamDeck=1 %command%
WINEPREFIX=/home/username/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/2125090/pfx/ winetricks --force vcrun2015
WINEPREFIX=/home/username/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/2125090/pfx/ winetricks --force vcrun2019
Initial install worked. When loading game black screen appeared and crashed.
Used WINEPREFIX to install vcrun2015 & vcrun2019 and this allowed the game to start.
Cinematics in the game did not play but audio did.
Changed Launcher to SteamDeck=1 %command% and this allowed Cinematics to play.
Startup screen is displayed but then the game crashes. Doesn't work with experimental either.
First start with Poton Experimental than switch to GE

I started to play the game on a Windows PC and ran into some bugs regarding triggering or not-triggering of puzzle-relevant items which could be resolved by restarting the game. Did a short test running the game on the Steam Deck, so I cannot attest whether the game will startup for a fresh install. But for me it bworked out-of-the-box using manually set Proton-Experimental runtime. Game even runs on Ultra settings and looks nice but then can dip fps to around 12 fps in my tests, performance will be better when using high/medium or even low settings.
The game will not start when using default startup options. You need to set "Proton-Experimental" in Properties => Compatibility and make sure beforehand that you have Proton-Experimental installed.

The Game does not launch correctly and gives a warning about C++ Redistributable being missing run the following to get to the title screen.
'''WINEPREFIX=steamdirectory/steamapps/compatdata/2125090/pfx/ winetricks vcrun2015 WINEPREFIX=steamdirectory/steamapps/compatdata/2125090/pfx/ winetricks --force vcrun2019'''
Intro Cutscene is slower than expected at 4fps
Cant Speak for Crashes but Currently this game is very buggy and many people on Windows has reported Crashing after the First Chapter
