PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command%
wouldn't start at all without tinkering

PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command%
Didn't launch without setting launch command to: PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command% Sadly crackling audio, but otherwise no other issues.

Most recent version of the game is working great

PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command%
Fixed by modifying launch command, as previously suggested. Would briefly launch then close immediately otherwise.

PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command%
Failed to launch with error:
Win32 function failed: HRESULT: 0x887a0002
Call: at line 232 in file \Graphics_DisplayM.cpp
Fixed by setting launch command to: PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command%
as suggested by another report

gamescope -H 1080 -- %command%
16fps windowed ; 60fps fullscreen
If you want to play the game windowed use gamescope
gamescope -H 1080 -- %command%

Works perfectly with the exception of the Steam overlay
Accessing the Steam overlay crashes the game, otherwise perfect
Played through nearly all content, no issues whatsoever on the Deck with default settings.

PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command%
On my particular setup, it does require the PROTON_USE_WINED3D11 command. Without it, the game will be very inconsistent whether it launches or not.

Had issues launching at first no matter what I tried, but removing all Proton files, deleting the game, and reinstalling worked great.
Not sure why I initially had issues, but I'm a few hours in now with zero problems after a full reinstall.

Tried GE, Proton Experimental, and the latest Proton so far.
Tried several Proton versions and no luck. Immediately crashes on Deck for me.

Absolutely flawless on deck, perfect out of the box. Controls map fine, game plays fine, sounds great, looks great, absolutely perfect.
