This is likely hardware related, and the game generally runs great on a gaming PC or the Steamdeck, but on integrated graphics this game appears non-functional, which is a bummer, since it doesn't really strike me as a graphically demanding game.

I use a Stadia controller. Probably not supported. Have not tried with the XBOX controller. In menues it jumps two steps. The rumble motor is on all the time during the game.
Buy it and support the devoloper.

It just works!
Great game! It's designed for couch play but have not tried that yet. There are bots to play against as well if you wish to play alone. Best with a controller but keyboard is well supported as well.
