Not linux related, on ultra wide screen 5120x1440, menu are cropped and it can be hard to get a normal window resolution (let's say 1920x1080) as the auto detect is quite bad and only show weird resolution. You need get to go to the lowest resolution then up again to "unlock" more common ratio.

I've encountered some bug here and there, but I am almost certain this is due to the early access nature of the game rather than a proton issue. Other than that, I see no major issues runing the game via proton.
