Tinker Steps:Switch to experimental

Uses DirectX 12 and Proton 7.0-5 crashes due to older DX12 libraries. The Steam Deck recommends Experimental for now, so if newer versions of Proton (like v8 and above) work fine, you can always test that. The most recent GE-Proton (7-47) also works the same as Experiemental due to newer vkd3d-proton.
