Brief crackling when switching screen resolution. It shouldn't affect gameplay.

Game would not render frames with fullscreen. Alt-tabbing rendered a frame, allowing me to get to the settings and disable fullscreen, which fixed the issue.
I did not try playing with a controller as recommended by Steam, but mouse and keyboard controls as expected.
