When using the 18+ patch, it had one crash.
If using the 18+ patch, which you likely are, there will be a crash after the dream sequence. As Hikaru states, just remove the patch until after that scene is finished and then reapply it.
Didn't notice a single issue beyond that.

The game is good to be played without mod. With mod, the workaround is to remove the mod until the scene where it crashes passed and then reapply the mod
