Works fine, if you want to use mods ,you need BepInEx-Unity.IL2CPP-win-x64-6.0.0-be.667(is the one that worked for me after a long time testing) and also set lauch options WINEDLLOVERRIDES="winhttp.dll=n,b" %command%

I played this for over 1 hour, no graphics nor gameplay issues. Works with a PS4 controller, although it only shows XBox layout. All inputs works.
Resolution limited to 1080p
I believe this is more of a problem with the port than proton. Basically the game won't go higher than 1080p (or 1920x1200, 16:10). Apparently there's a way of getting higher resolutions using the special k mod, but I couldn't be bothered to work out how to do it, according to the PC Gaming Wiki page for the game. Apparently the port has other problems like no VSync.
Switch to Stable
Does not work on Preview on steam deck
On steam deck, if you're getting weird freezes it's mostly likely because you're on Preview or Beta. Switch back to Stable and it will work just fine. Note, changing Proton versions will not fix it. You have to be in Stable
Works out-of-the-box.
Screen tearing may occur due to this game being a bad PC port and having no vsync option available. This issue is not exclusive to Linux, it also happens on Windows. Tweaking your compositor settings will likely solve the issue.
I personally did not experience screen tearing on Linux, but did so on Windows.
No problems running the game but cutscenes can abruptly stop, just press the menu button and the game continues.

Only works with GE protron. Using normal protron it will crash at start up.

Secondary window opens with no text. Proceeds to force a crash on vanilla deck and on Proton Experimental.
Game opens a secondary window (the one with the protagonist's face) with no text, that forces a crash to desktop when running vanilla deck settings or proton experiemental. Has 100% occurrence rate and cannot get to even see the opening movie or title card this way. However, game runs fine on glorious eggroll.
