Game sometimes slows down after about an hour or playing. Restarting it is quick and helps.

Some areas have low FPS and any animated videos (usually ones you get through TV interactions) are in low resolution on top-left of screen when playing through fullscreen mode. However, these hardly detract from the experience and I haven't tried this game on Windows so I can't tell if these are proton-specific issues. In any case, it works really well.
