All of the cutscenes (videos) don't play. You know when the video is trying to play due to the white border around the screen. You can get past them a couple of ways.
Right-click and select Next. Do this a couple of times to get past the videos.
Simply exit the game and re-open it. It will skip the video and you can resume.
Using this version of Proton will let you hear the music and sounds. It plays well. The only issue is the videos don't play.
Audio sometimes worked, sometimes didnt upon launch. Rare occurences of EXTREMELY loud static noise, needing to quickly restart game.
Font sometimes didn't load properly, causing letters in text to expand vertically.
Game occasionaly crashed after "NovaSoft" logo disappeared on startup.
When first starting the game, you need to quickly skip the video in order for it to not crash. Audio is very unreliable on working, and even once causing an ear piercing static noise to play. Downgrading to earlier versions of proton causes the font to mess up and letters to stretch out. No performance issues whatsoever though, runs at a very stable framerate without stutters. Even after all these issues, you will still be able to go through the game just normally if you skip the videos.
Game occasionally freezes for 1-3 seconds
Videos don't play, instead freezing the game and requiring it to be restarted
Tried out several proton versions including GE, but the issues were always the same. Videos won't play at all, when one would come up it requires the game to be restarted (Which means when starting a new game nothing happens, you'll have to close the game and then load the created save after the intro). There are very frequent freezes of about 1-3 second length, which means that if dialog is bein displayed it will only show up for a split second after the freeze. These also make the game very unenjoyable.
Crash on new game, input lag, and no audio make this game basically unplayable.

24 fps plus lag between clicking on something and getting a response from the game.
When starting a new game, the game window disappears and the process eventually exits.
When starting a new game, a Start option is present. Upon clicking on it, the game window disappears and the process exits. Running the game again, a Continue option is now present. Clicking on it will get you into the game so you can actually play. There is no audio of any kind. I noticed poor frame rates of 15 - 24 fps. There was a constant time delay between clicking on something and either having it go into inventory or seeing some text. All of these problems combined make the game unplayable.
