The only way game actually shows up main menu is to use proton 8.0.5 and gamescope to set 1080p fullscreen resolution, otherwise only thing I can see is a black screen. Also game only closes with ALT TAB and Steam stop button.
Screen was black while windowed, I was able to switch to fullscreen and view the game with Alt+Enter
The game wouldn't close on its own so i had to close it through steam
You need to put the resolution to "1920x1080" instead of Auto, and "apply resolution to the internal and external screen." Otherwise you get a black screen.
Game tries to launch in full screen. You need to change the resolution manually before you start the game or it won't work.
DO NOT try to run this game in fullscreen. You will experience black screen and the only obvious way to me to resolve this, since I haven't actually start playing the game, is to disable Steam Cloud sync and delete the savedata to reset the game.
