Pretty remarkable how well it looks and plays. FPS dips when scenes are very detailed (30-60). More than fine, because walking sim.
Worked out of the box with slight performance issues.
Slight stuttering here and there
Had no issues playing the game from start to end on my setup, though I did encounter slight stutters and performance issues every now and then, mostly noticeable when entering a new area. It did not prevent me from playing and enjoying the game.

The cutscenes/videos work properly only on Proton-6.1-GE-1 and up, does not work on any official Proton versions.

Redux version (released 8 days ago for me! 2020-11-10) works ok. Normal/DX11 version -> Proton 5.0-10. DX12 version -> GE Proton 5.9-8.
Audio missing from cutscenes
Complained of missing Windows Media Foundation on initial launch. Manually installing https://github.com/z0z0z/mf-install into the prefix works, but cutscenes missing audio; Tried usual xact_x64 and DLL bypasses to no avail.

Decent performance given my hardware and the expected stuttering.
The game looks gorgeous and I was expecting worse performance, to be honest. It launched after install with no problem whatsoever (it actually didn't work from my HDD but straight away from the SSD). I'm playing (through a R9 290X) using high settings with exception for the blur off and the anti aliasing turned down one step. The game stutters a bit but it's not a shooter and it's a demo. No idea if I could bear it throughout a full campaign run, though. Anyways, seems like a nice game, looks beautiful and it's working well.
Il y a juste une alerte concernant un pilote non détecté par le jeu au début. Tout fonctionne correctement, sans ralentissements, stable.

The game looks amazing but it has slight performance issues
It isnt really optimized well as isnt the original game. Chromatic Aberration is trough the roof and its very heavy on post processing as can be expected from cyberpunk game but it is little overdone in some cases causing heavy stuttering that isnt there when running in VM with GPU passtrough.
