PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 mangohud %command%
Graphics are very stylized, but game seems to run perfectly, and videos played without issue.

May be (colors strange)
Colors are strange/cutted as 8 bit.
Played with Proton 7.0-5 (6.x/5.x are not better)
Videos play some times

Doesn't Launch
Not launching for me, ive tried with different GE versions, none worked.

good game on proton, game only crashed twice in 80minutes of gameplay
game crashed 2 times on my first playthought, but because the game saves about once a second it wont make a difference; Videos/images on the menu wouldn't load, making you loose important information, check a waktrough of the game in the guides page of the game to get those important images

While free short game I don't know if I could recommend this game based on what it did to my display upon first launch.
Unable to play video files that are included with the game. Probably missing libraries for playing the videos.
As previously mentioned, upon launching the game for the first time my display stopped working, and I couldn't Alt-Tab, so I was forced to drop to X Display and kill it and try again. The game also doesn't switch to Windowed Mode after selecting it from the game options. It stays stuck in Full Screen, and mouse begins to stutter. It also doesn't even save your Windowing preference even after closing the game after setting your options.
Mouse would become stuttery when you switched the game to Windowed Mode, you could not literally move your mouse cursor smoothly and consistently.
Seems to suffer frame stuttering. Upon launching the game for the first time it caused my display/desktop to stop working.
Because it's made in Unity Engine, you're gonna get a lot of bugs on Linux.

The videos don't seem to work, and it doesn't launch with wine versions beyond 5.0
Videos do not display, gives blank screen.
This works on proton 5.0, but when i tested proton 5.13 and GE 5.9 and 5.22 the game wouldn't even launch and no steam-appid-log could be generated even using PROTON_LOG=1

Just starts up, good game, a little bit creepy.
Performance feels pretty bad (20-30 fps) even though my Computer has the reccommended specs.

It's very engaging attempt at educating people about the Chernobyl disaster through an interactive medium, highly appreciated.
GloriousEggroll 5.11-GE-3-MF (vanilla Proton runs the actual game without any issues, but movies refuse to play, and they're quite important)
On initial launch, the flashlight might not work, making the game near impossible (bug is not Proton-specific, it occurs on Windows as well). If it happens, go into settings and use Reset Progress option, it solved the issue for me.
