Windowing:Activating Fullscreen

Fullscreen option in the main menu doesn't work. Game remained windowed.

Significant Bugs:

The NPCs in the opening part of the single-player story didn't spawn and caused a softlock. I destroyed the helicopter I was in and respawned with normal weapons but trapped in a buggy dead-not-dead helicopter.
