Did not recognize Xbox Controller and couldn't get past language
When an Xbox controller is plugged in, the game will not register inputs. If a keyboard is plugged in, I am able to press Space to change the language. Beyond that, I cannot click OK to proceed with the mouse, tabbing to the button, or with controller. Also wouldn't launch with Proton GE 6.16-1.
The ping indicator seems to report twice the real value, but other than that works perfectly fine out of the box.
Runs fine with Xbox 360 controller plugged in before launch for input.
Mouse and keyboard input didn't work, had to plug in a controller before starting the game to enter my language and continue to the game.
Game works out of the box, without any performance problems.
Gamepad was correctly detected and worked without any problem using Steam Input.
I don't know if Konami will flag users with Proton as possible cheater in the future considering that using it may break the terms and condition of the game, but from the matches I played I didn't see any problem.

The game works perfectly so far I haven't had a problem.
