Game works perfectly in linux. Only issue on my side was an OS issue (full screen scaling) not a game issue.

Windowing:Size
For SteamOS/HoloISO: gamescope-session file changed to support 4K resolution. (-H 3840 -W 2160). Games maximum resolution appears to be 1280x720. To get full screen the following line needed to be removed from the gamescope-session file -
max-scale: 2
Removing this allows gamescope to scale the game full screen for resolutions more than 2x 720p
Don't know about other Proton versions but game just works under Glorious Eggroll. SteamOS users may need to check their gamescope settings to get fullscreen, but beyong that it just runs as if on Windows.
