Just use Steam Flatpak version. Use PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command% for package manager steam ,which might or might not , fix the game.

Through Steam runtime(which is the default steam installed through pacman) the game did not launch. It only had a blank screen. But by using Steam Flatpak version it did worked perfectlty.
Use Flatpak and click play without any launch options.
I just installed Vulkan drivers. If on Linux Mint just copy paste these commands one by one:
sudo add-apt-repository -y ppa:kisak/kisak-mesa
sudo apt upgrade -y
sudo apt install -y mesa-vulkan-drivers --reinstall
sudo apt install -y libvulkan1 --reinstall
sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386
sudo apt install -y mesa-vulkan-drivers:i386
sudo apt install -y libvulkan1:i386

Game wont start and i gives me an error.
A message pops up when i try to Click on play: "Failed to initialize graphics.Make sure you have DirectX 11 installed, have up to date drivers for your graphics card and have not disabled3D acceleration in display settings."
I have intel HD Graphic card which can run GTA 4 and csgo in 30-40 fps. Surely It can handle game like this.
Game runs perfectly fine, tested on proton 5.0-9
Unsure if this is a bug with the game itself, but having a controller plugged in meant I couldn't move with either controller or keyboard.
Game installed out-of-the-box. great. Able to use my DuckID account. and Play directly. which is nice.
My avatar was not having any texture, for some reason (installed out-of-the-box, no tweaks)

Abnormal program termination is reported on the console.
Crashes on launch
Attempts to load and is seen as "played" by Steam, but does not properly launch. Potential confounding variables: exotic mesa version, exotic libxpresent version, staging PPA for Xfce.
Game runs smoothly, occasional bugs due to being an early access game.
You'll need to change your region from "auto" to your closest region. I could not join a game until changing this.
Game runs fine, Issue were with Game Servers - Its an Early access game tho.
Early Access Game. Was Playing with Friends who run windows and we all had same issues which were with the game servers. Game runs flawlessly.
